There is no charge for Vendors to set up a booth at our event.
We will supply tables and chairs.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent if they choose to use one.
Volunteers will be available to assist in carrying items and setting up your site.
Vendors should arrive in enough time to set up their space and be ready to begin at 9:00 am
Vendors selling items, services and/or distributing information deemed inappropriate by our committee will not be approved to participate.
Please leave your area in the same condition you found it.
Camp Nerden, The Board of Directors and the Walk Committee cannot guarantee sales or booth traffic.
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT (THE “WAIVER AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.
I assume all risks associated with attending this event as a vendor including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of my booth site, damage to my tent or items all such risks being known and appreciated by me.
Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my Vendor Application to this event, I, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and anyone else entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the John J. Nerden RTC Camp, its officers, directors, agents, event officials, volunteers and employees, all sponsors, their representatives and successors, the City of Meriden and the Meriden Police Department and their respective agents, employees and representatives from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
